Foster a Horse

Foster homes allow TIER to help more horses than we can maintain at our sanctuary location. Prospective foster homes must be within 100 miles of our Riverside, CA location. Fostering can give you the chance to get to know a special horse and assist in their recovery. Many of our foster homes end up adopting the horses they foster - they just can't let them leave after nursing them back to health. :) We visit prospective foster homes several times, require references, and do regular checkups on the horse's condition. We reserve the right to deny any foster applicant for any reason and without giving a reason. TIER is responsible for the welfare of these horses and will only do what we feel is in their best interest.
