Individual Donations

Donations from individuals have helped make TIER what it is. With your help, we can continue to rescue horses from abuse, starvation, and death, rehabilitate them, and find loving, caring forever homes for them. ALL donations are appreciated. Your donations go directly to purchase food & supplies and pay for medical & farrier services. If you wish your donation to be spent in a specific way, be sure to specify it.

Be sure to ask your employer if they will match your individual donation and if they might be interested in to sponsoring one of TIER's horses.

A donation to TIER is a fitting tribute on a special birthday, a big graduation or as a memorial to a loved one that has passed away. We will also work with you to arrange for Charitable Remainder Trusts or other major gifts. Contact us for details.

Visit our Wish List to see what items we currently need. Periodically, we have Used Tack Sales and other fundraisers where we need donations. Be sure to check our Upcoming Events page to see when the next one is.

You can also donate your gently used tack for resale. Proceeds are directly used for the TIER residents.

TIER is supported almost exclusively by individual donations and receives no Federal, State, County or City funding. You can make a difference with donations of money or supplies, sponsorships and volunteering. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt agency your donations of equipment, feed, supplies or funds are deductible to the full extent allowable by law. Please consult your tax advisor for details.
