Tennesee Walker, red roan, flaxen mane, gelding, 7-8 yrs. This horse was represented to feedlot as TW. Very big! Left front hoof has growth which vet said could be cut off, no problem. One of his rear hooves is grossly overgrown. Feedlot was told that the horse had had an abcess in his hoof so previous owner did not want to cripple horse by having it trimmed! (But they didnt have any problem sending him to the feedlot!) No sign of abcess now, but a farrier would need to be called.
