Beaujangles
Beaujangles
- #91.
Black Gelding. Breed not known. Appx. 15.2 hands. This is an old
horse. I watched him eating and he was spitting out wads of hay.
He must have some back teeth, but they are in need of floating.
I would imagine that a diet of pellets/senior feed mixed with
water and vitamins would help this horse to blossom the same way
Grace (see TIER website) did. He rides very well and was used
and used and used at the summer camps. As you will see from his
picture, this kindly old gentleman (yes, I bent over and looked
this time! He IS a gelding! HA!) is in serious need of nourishment.
He would make a wonderful first horse if someone is patient and
kind enough to see to his needs.
Meta
to the rescue
again! When Meta (the lady who rescued Pilgrim
II) say this great old gentleman's picture on the webpage, she
went into action and saved him. He too has a very bad case of
thrush, but Renee is taking care of that. Beaujangles had a bath
today and is shiny and happy. Thanks so much Meta for helping
these two boys to live their lives as horses! Loving, living,
breathing in and out, horses! Yeah!
Beaujangles
has crossed beyond the rainbow bridge. More details soon.
